Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • We will accept Returns & Exchange given that the goods are returned, are NOT damaged or used and in their ORIGINAL packing with tags (if any), within 07 Days of receipt of order.  
  • Returns & Exchange is not possible for Customized items and items on SALE unless items are received damaged.
  • Please send an email to info@theprojectparty.com and mention the reason for returning the items. The instructions to return the items will be provided thereafter.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund & Exchange requests will be processed within 03 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after products are returned and received at The Project Party warehouse.
  • If the return request meets our policy we will refund the full amount or you are always welcome to exchange some other items of equal value/price!
  • Refund request will only be entertained if a bank account is provided to process the refund.

Quality Complaints

  • All Quality complaints with proof of damage MUST be made within Seven (07) Days within receipt of goods.
  • We are fully responsible if a product has any defect or is damaged when you receive it. However, we will not be responsible for any damage caused to the product during or after the opening of the package/parcel.
  • We cannot be held liable for bursting/leaking of balloons while filling hence complaints of such nature cannot be entertained.
  • Slight differences in color might be observed between received product and online pictures due to lighting differences hence complaints regarding slight difference in color can also not be entertained.
  • In case of damages or any missing item in your order, email us pictures and a brief description of the issue at projectparty111@gmail.com.
  • If the quality complaint request meets our policy we will replace all items at our own cost or we will refund the full amount of the damaged/missing items.
